Breakfast

Breakfast is a main meal for the day for a lot of people. It's the meal that gives you energy to start a  new day, so you should never miss it. It's the first meal taken after rising from a good nights sleep. You should never miss breakfast. Nutrional experts have cited that people, especially teens who miss breakfast are likely to have health problems such as concentration, focus, metabolism, weight and daily intake of nutients. Breakfast is very important because it gives the starting intake and energy from proteins, carbs, vitamins and mineals. Breakfast foods vary from place to place, the most popular beverages are hot chocolate, tea, different types of coffes, a lot of different kinds of fruit juices. Boiled &fried eggs, muesli, cornflakes, cereals, dry fruits, pancakes,  bread, cheese etc.
So remeber one thing never ever skip breakfast, even if  you are late, just grab something helathy and nutrious to eat!

Philosophy of Life

"A life lived in fear is a life half lived"

"To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong"

"There are always two choices. Two paths to take.
One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy"

"Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will"
"Sooner or later, those who win are those who think they can"

"You will never achieve what you never begin... "

"Before you talk about what you want - appreciate what you have"

"It is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation"

"Don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive, anyways"

These quotes inspired me and attracted me. According to me I think you should live your life like this with hope, courage, determination, love, passion, joy, happiness and care. I know that I don't follow some of them but, I can't stop myself thinking about them.

Don't forget to think about these lines, they might change you!

My Recipes: Fruit Delight

Ingredients:
  • Fruits
  • Vanilla Yoghurt
  • Mango pulp
  • Dark chocolate (grated)
  • Muesli
I used sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, apple and grapes. First I sliced the bananas and lay them on the plate. The grapes can be added just as they are, or if you prefer slicing into smaller pieces it's fine. I topped the bananas and grapes with the muesli. I decorated it with vanilla yoghurt and mango pulp. After that I topped it with strawberries and blueberries. Grated dark choclate is an excellent finish off for your fruit delight. Your fruit delight is ready to serve!

This is an amazing dish, where you can combine a lot of fruits, which i return is ver healthy and delcious. The dish does not contain that many calories, the vanilla yoghurt  also. It's great snack, very tasty and much better and healthier than munching in chips, the plus point you don't miss the daily intake of vitamins and minerals. I personally think it's a superb breakfast and it is certainly more tasty than burgers and junk food!
Hope  you like my recipe, I'll be back with more healthy recipies! :)

Defeat

I'm going to share a experince, a very heart-breaking, yet a experience that gave me hope, strength and courage to fight, work hard and  achive my goal. Last year during the school ending some stipends were given out. I was really excited that I might also recieve one. They announced the names, and I was very disapponited, infact almost heart-broken, because of so high hopes and I was over confident that I deserved one. This was one of the biggest defeats I had ever faced, not because that I did not recieve it, because I had lost a chance to prove myself. That night I kept questioning myself, Why was i not selected? What lacked in me? Was I  loser?. The next morning I read a quote which inspired me, made me think, gave me the courage to try again, this time with a sharp aim. I voved that next year I would work hard, give my best, impress everyone, be oriented and never give up. This year I was so happyand my happiness knew no bounds when they announced my name. It was a  dream come true! I was happy that I ahd finally recieved, but most importantly my hardwork had paid off. Just because I got it this year does 'nt mean that I won't try for it next year!

One defeat brought a lot of change in me. I got more serious and started to think about my future, what I want to be, how I'll work towards it. You should never give up, nothing is impossible. I would like to add that you should always trust your capability.

"Defeat is not the worst of failures. Not to have tried is true failure."
George Edward Woodberry

"Beleif in oneself is one of the most important bricks in any suceesful venture"

Russia's entry in Eurovision 2012

Enjoy!

Books

I admit that I’m more passionate about books than chocolates and sweets. There’s so much to be gained from reading books. The mind-expanding benefits are huge and reading is truly beneficial and never harms you in a bad way.

Why should you read?

When life feels like it’s all getting too much, escaping into a book for half an hour can really make a difference to your mood. The great thing about reading a book is that it’s something that can completely absorb your mind: you’ll find that you can often tune out background chatter and talks on a train, or the TV blaring and making noises on the other side of the room. Books are also hugely entertaining. You might be reading a thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat, a sci-fi novel that sets out a brilliantly imaginative view of the future, a biography of a colourful historical figure, or a scientific book that opens up a new world. One of the biggest reasons to turn to books is because they offer an outstanding wealth of learning – at a far cheaper price than going on a course. The knowledge that you get from books, I don't think that you can get as easier and simpler as that. Reading is a hobby that everyone should adapt, does'nt matter if it is 30 min. or  a hour. Reading is reading.

"Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read"
~Attributed to Groucho Marx
"You know you've read a good book when you turn the last page and feel a little as if you have lost a friend"
~Paul Sweeney

Internet

The decade's worst or best invention?

Internet is a thing and a daily habit that many of us simply can't live without, but have u ever thought about the sideffects. I mean, when u r studying for exams or tests, internet might attract and lure you, for ex. facebook, twitter, blogs, youtube etc. If u open some sights which are forbidden or bad, ur PC might get hacked or get a lot of virus. At the same time it's timepass thing and we all can't live without for some hours even. things like can screen radiation or poor eyesight might also effect u. Internet might improve your image in front of others, but only on the net, not face-to-face. You might also get affceted by health problems such as muscle movements, stress.  But internet has improved a lot of stuff, its now easier to communicate and chat with people on the other side of the world through, for ex. facebook, gmail, skype etc. It connects people, brings them closer. It has become a key source in studies, a lot of students prefer internet rather than reading books. Collages and schools are slowly and gradually switching from thick books to internet(not compleatly but, some parts like projects, essays.)

What I'm trying to say is Internet is not bad, nothing is too bad if you don't get addicted to it. Just put some limits to it! I personally enjoy being on the net 24/7 but, i don't get the chance! :(
